Does your shipping cover duties? (iNTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

At checkout, you will have 3 options for shipping. Our UPS shipping does NOT cover duties, however our DHL service does.

Refunds/Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified defects or errors on our end. In any other situation, refunds are issued via store credit.

When will my order ship?

Our standard shipment time is 7-14 days.

If your order contains a preordered item, the complete order will take 8-10 weeks.

dO YOU GUYS OFFER RETURNS?

Yes, we offer returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition.

You are responsible for covering the shipping to us, and a $2 return fee is applied.

I got the wrong item, what do i do?

If you received the wrong item, please email us support@bruisedla.com, or message us on IG. We will send you a return label, once delivery is confirmed, reship your new item, free of charge.

i received A TRACKING NUMBER FROM UPS, BUT NO MOVEMENT. WHAT HAPPENED?

If it's been more than two business days, this means that UPS has lost your package. We drop of packages in bulk, and occasionally UPS will skip by, leaving the package behind. Please email support@Bruisedla.com so we can assist you in filing a claim, or provide a refund via store credit.

I ordered a piece from a drop (limited release) and I'd like to change my size. What do I do?

Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee restocks. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or an exchange for another item will be issued instead.
