What’s Not Covered
To maintain fairness and prevent abuse, we cannot accept returns for:

Limited Releases & Drops
Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee restocks. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or an exchange for another itemwill be issued instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of verified defects or errors on our end. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Our Promise
We don’t believe in hiding behind policies. If there’s a real issue, we’ll treat you fairly. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that fall outside this guarantee.
