U.S. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for U.S. orders. A $15 processing fee applies to cover repackaging and shipping costs.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Items worn beyond simply trying on are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale & Limited Release Items
All discounted items and limited-release pieces are final sale.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
All international duties, customs, and fees are included in our shipping price. No additional customs charges will be due after purchase.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you may:
• Pay for reshipment, or
• Receive a refund minus shipping costs and applicable fees.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost / Stolen / Tampered Packages
We are not responsible for missing, stolen, lost, or tampered packages.
Please contact your local postal carrier to locate the package or file a lost-package report.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the buyer accepts full responsibility for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
