All orders ship out directly from our warehouse. Shipping times vary & are listed on the product page.
For returns/exchanges, we charge a return fee. However, if you paid for the free returns, this fee is not applicable to you, however you will still have to cover the cost of shipping.
We do not provide exchanges for limited release products.
All international duties+customs+fees are included in our shipping price. You will not pay additional customs fees after purchase
All sales are final if the item is on sale at a discount, or if they are part of a limited release.
All orders come with tracking numbers.
Bruised allows for refunds for store credit and we also allow size exchanges in case something isn't fitting quite right for all US orders!
All sales are final once the clothing has been worn beyond the state of "trying on."
Sizing charts are given on each product page, so please check and double-check sizing before ordering.
In the case of packages that have been returned to our facilities due to incorrect address or non-collection of package at the place of residence or at the postal office, the customer can choose to re-ship at their expense, or receive a refund for the order minus the shipping expenses and fees.
We not responsible for missing, stolen, lost or tampered packages.
The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing.
Please contact your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and/ or file a lost package report. We are not responsible for any incorrectly inputed addresses.
